I adapted these mostly from Kapherus and Martello's "It's in the Cards", and there's some of my own interpretations. This is not a comprehensive list and I will add more as I become more experienced.
It's important to have a good foundation on the number meanings instead of memorizing every card.
ACE: A new beginning. Something completely new.
2: A pair. Exchanges. Cooperation, or division.
3: Small growth. A product of a union, like a child. A triangle or a trio.
4: Balance, stability. Or stagnation and frustration
5: Relates to the body (five fingers, five toes, five senses). The midpoint.
6: This is the first number after the midpoint. Progress or movement towards something - a path.
7: Change, but more as a "end/beginning of cycles" sort of way. A turning point.
8: Balance, in a larger way beyond the 4. Reciprocity. "As above, so below". Spiritual and material plane.
9: Highest single number. A wish/disappointment. This is a very strong, dramatic number that extends beyond the scope of oneself.
10: The end of a cycle (bigger and more final than the 7). Fate, destiny, karma, and luck, etc.
JACK: A young man (below the age of 30), or a child of any gender. A message or thoughts.
KING: A man. Masculinity, action, force, strength.
QUEEN: A woman. Femininity, emotions, intuition, spirituality.
